EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

You can return any full-priced items within 30 days of the receipt date.

Send the items for return/exchange back to:

Please include your order number and the reason/request for the return. This helps us to process your request efficiently. Items returned without this information may delay processing.

All goods must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, etc. Returns not adhering to this policy will not be accepted. Processing returns may take up to 5 business days. Duties, taxes, or shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: Ensure there is no dust, fluff, or scents like cologne/perfume on items returned, as they will not be accepted. Keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment when returning items. We recommend using tracked postage for security.

Sale items, including bundles and items bought during special promotions (like Christmas Mystery Boxes), and purchases made with a discount code are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

EXCHANGES

Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Include your order number and the desired size/product for the exchange. Use the returns card included with your order and ensure items are packaged securely and returned in their original condition.

Processing exchanges may take up to 5 business days.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@elevenflow.com.au Include your order number and photos or details of the issue so we can address it swiftly.

If an item is damaged through misuse or improper care, Elevenflow is not obligated to provide a refund, exchange, or repair. We will assess the item under the Australian Consumer Law to determine the appropriate solution.

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy includes Mystery Boxes.

If a free gift was included with your purchase and you return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If opting for store credit or an exchange, you may keep the free gift.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Items purchased via Afterpay can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of purchase.

It takes up to 5 business days to process Afterpay returns. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.

Maintain your Afterpay payments while your return is processed to avoid late fees. Changes to your Afterpay contract, including cancellations or amendments, will incur a $10 fee.

Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
